Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original condition, with all tags intact, within 30 days from the date the order is received.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team within the stated return period. Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is processed.
Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Items purchased during Sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including underwear, swimwear, socks, accessories and everything in paper packages (pajamas, singlets etc.)
Return shipping costs are customer-paid, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
